Surah At-Tin highlights how Allah created humans in the best form. Discover how living by Quranic and Sunnah principles helps protect health, prevent diseases, and activate the body’s natural healing power.
Surah At-Tin (The Fig) is a beautiful and profound chapter of the Qur’an, where Allah mentions the reality and the perfect creation of human beings.
“We have certainly created man in the best of stature.”
(Surah At-Tin, Ayah 4)
This verse reminds us that Allah not only created the human body perfectly but also endowed humans with the best intellect, heart, and spiritual capacity.
🌸 Humans: A Perfect Creation
When we reflect on the human body, we see:
✅ A mind to think with
✅ A heart to feel with
✅ Hands and feet to work with
✅ An immune system for protection
✅ And the capacity to heal itself (self-healing power)
If we get wounded, the body heals; if a bone breaks, it mends; if we get a fever, the body fights back. All this is part of Allah’s incredible design.
🛑 When Does This System Break Down?
Allah made humans perfect, but along with that, He set certain terms and conditions — clearly outlined in the Qur’an and Sunnah:
✦ Eating only lawful (halal) and pure things
✦ Living a balanced, moderate life
✦ Avoiding forbidden and harmful things
✦ Maintaining physical and spiritual cleanliness
As long as a person follows these divine guidelines, they remain in their best state. But when one moves away — indulging in harmful foods, forbidden acts, stress, and unnatural lifestyles — the system starts to weaken.
💉 Diabetes: A Result of Injustice to the Body
Diabetes occurs when the body’s insulin balance is disrupted. This often results from:
❌ Excess sugar and processed food
❌ Lack of physical activity
❌ Stress and harmful habits
In reality, diabetes is often the result of the injustice we do to our own bodies.
🌿 Returning to Natural Mode: The Key to Healing
The good news is: Allah has given the body the power to heal itself.
If we:
✅ Align our diet with the Sunnah
✅ Bring our lifestyle back to natural balance
✅ Repent from bad habits
Then the body gradually begins to repair itself.
